Also this year, the Dosi Group joined the “Guidarello Giovani XVII – Reportage in Azienda” initiative, organized by Confindustria Romagna, in collaboration with the Regional Office for Emilia Romagna – Territorial Area of Ravenna, and with the support of the Ravenna Chamber of Commerce. The competition, now well established as one of the main guidance interventions for young people, is aimed at high school students in the province, in charge of developing their own presentation of the company they visit.
On Tuesday 17 October 2023, the class 4 AEI Elechtronics of Ravenna Institute I.T.I.S. Nullo Baldini came to discover the history, organization and production process of the companies of the Dosi Group.
During the visit, Mr. Alberto Dosi told the students a bit of the history of the Dosi Group and answered the questions and curiosities of the class both about the company and the Romagna Air Finders Museum. Moreover Mr. Dosi explained to the students what sustainability means inside a company is and what he is doing to improve the sustainability of its companies.
Then, given the great curiosity of the student, a visit to the Romagna Air Finder museum was organized. The small group that visited the museum was really impressed and decided to dedicate a section of the video to the museum.
During the award ceremony on 09.11.2023, the class won the “Sustainability Award” thanks to the video they made that put together the theory they learnt at school and what they saw during the visit. The video made by the guys fully represents the company and, through their eyes, they have conveyed the ideas of avant-garde and future that are at the basis of the Dosi Group’s DNA.
At the end of a month dedicated to students, Tuesday 28th November 2023 the class 3COE – Electronic of the Polo Tecnico Professionale of Lugo visited the companies of the Dosi Group, on the occasion of the Fourteenth National Day of Small and Medium Enterprises (PMI DAY), organized by Piccola Industria Confindustria to introduce the new generations to the business world and its opportunities.
