Slotting machines for smooth and corrugated pipes

In and off-line automatic slotting machines for smooth and corrugated pipes ranging from 110 to 1200 mm in diameter. The slotting process works with a rotating rotor, equipped with one, two, three or four sets of slotting blades.
The slotting angle is adjustable for each diameter using electronic control.

All our machines are manufactured upon customer’s needs to match different types of extruded plastic pipes (PVC, PE, PP, corrugated and smooth, single or double wall pipes).
The slotting units process pipes for the drainage sector, water/liquid collection, suction severo, distribution, water pollution removal plants and related applications.

Perforating machines for corrugated pipes

Traditional perforator

from 90 mm to 500 mm

In-line automatic perforators for PE and PVC, single or dual wall corrugated pipes. Perforation is carried out by helical blades that automatically remove material in a synchronised operation inside the groove of the corrugation.

Our perforating machines are equipped with a device that automatically opens the tools to avoid line stops.

All our machines are manufactured upon customer’s needs. The perforating units process pipes for the drainage sector, water/liquid collection, suction severo, distribution, water pollution removal plants and related applications.

Stellaris Perforator

from 50 mm to 250 mm
In-line automatic perforator for PVC and HDPE corrugated pipes, designed for water collection and drainage applications.

Stellaris applies punching technology to the perforation of single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipes.
Fully electric, precise, reliable, and highly flexible, it allows different perforation patterns according to production requirements, ensuring accurate groove centering and a clean, high-quality finished product. A format synchronization system guarantees accurate perforation alignment with the corrugation groove.

The perforating unit consists of six independent punching heads, each driven by a brushless motor, ensuring constant punching force even when the pipe diameter changes.

The punch design folds the waste material to both sides of the hole, preventing dispersion and eliminating the need for extraction systems.
The machine can perform perforations in every corrugation or in alternating grooves (one yes, one no).

Format changeover is quick thanks to the automatic head adjustment and the rapid replacement of format-specific punching devices.
The flexible construction of the machine also allows for the implementation of special applications upon request.

Dreno Covering TNT/50-200 for perforated corrugated pipes

Dreno Covering TNT/50-200 operates in the corrugated pipe extrusion process, it is a machine for covering corrugated drainage pipes with PP (Geotextile), TNT disposable fabric for 50 mm pipe diameter up to 200 mm.

The Dreno Covering TNT/50-200 machine is equipped with haul-offs which pull the pipe at the same speed as the pipe extrusion line. The pipe is covered in material in a continuous mode. The welding is also continuous and is performed by an ultrasonic welding head. Electronic controls adjust power according to the type of material and the welding speed.

The Dreno Covering TNT/50-200 machine is equipped with two coils. The first one feeds the fabric onto the pipe, the second one is only activated when the fabric on the first one runs out. This means the machine never has to stop to change over a coil. All machine functions can be set from the touch screen panel. System control is managed by a PLC and other electronic equipment (diameter changeovers between Ø 50 mm and Ø 200 mm do not require any additional tooling). The Dreno Covering TNT/50-200 is eligible to work on-line and off-line, on the flexible tube and on the rigid tube.
