The pin inserter is an off-line semi-automatic pin insertion machine specially designed to assemble both PVC and aluminum roller shutters.
It is available with a horizontal (PIN-CO) or vertical (PIN-CV) feed-in table and can produce rolls of any length from 600 to 3000 mm.
Our automated assembly machines are modular: they include only the units our customer needs, starting from the basic plant and going up to the complete one.
Moreover, the units can include a motorized unit or a standard semi-automatic unit, to roll up the finished roller shutter.
The machine is also available in the manual version PIN-MA for the safe interlocking of the profiles.
