In-line automatic perforators for PE and PVC, single or dual wall corrugated pipes. Perforation is carried out by helical blades that automatically remove material in a synchronised operation inside the groove of the corrugation.

Our perforating machines are equipped with a device that automatically opens the tools to avoid line stops.

All our machines are manufactured upon customer’s needs. The perforating units process pipes for the drainage sector, water/liquid collection, suction severo, distribution, water pollution removal plants and related applications.

Stellaris Perforator

from 50 mm to 250 mm
In-line automatic perforator for PVC and HDPE corrugated pipes, designed for water collection and drainage applications.

Stellaris applies punching technology to the perforation of single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipes. Fully electric, precise, reliable, and highly flexible, it allows different perforation patterns according to production requirements, ensuring accurate groove centering and a clean, high-quality finished product. A format synchronization system guarantees accurate perforation alignment with the corrugation groove.
 
The perforating unit consists of six independent punching heads, each driven by a brushless motor, ensuring constant punching force even when the pipe diameter changes.
 
The punch design folds the waste material to both sides of the hole, preventing dispersion and eliminating the need for extraction systems.
The machine can perform perforations in every corrugation or in alternating grooves (one yes, one no).
 
Format changeover is quick thanks to the automatic head adjustment and the rapid replacement of format-specific punching devices.
The flexible construction of the machine also allows for the implementation of special applications upon request.
