POVI 3000 Hydraulic Punching Machine

Punching machine with single vertical head developed for the punching of rigid and foamed PVC profiles in and off line. It guarantees high performance both in terms of process speed and applicable force.

Designed for the punching of profiles on two angle planes. Evolution of the POVI 3000 single head with a higher application flexibility.

POVI 3000 SPECIAL with embossing set and separator

POVI 3000 is also available in the version to make the embossing on profiles extruded both in single and dual strand. In this case the punching head is equipped with an embossing set, which is designed according to the type of embossing you want to obtain. Moreover, in case you have to punch or emboss installation cable ducts extruded with the covers the machine is equipped with special entry and exit devices to remove the cover from its base prior to the punching or the embossing process and to put it back in place afterwards.
