We studied and developed with success our new guillotine cutting systems, both with cold and heated blade that are innovative for simplicity, flexibility, reliability and quality of the cut.

We manufacture stand-alone units, to set up in your existing extrusion lines, but also cutting groups to be assembled on your cutting saws, either using frame and carriage of your existing machine or coupling your saw blade cutting device with the new group.

In addition, if you need to make precision cuts off line, we can offer you the cutting group to be installed on your work station, or supply you with a machine complete with frame, measuring stick and mechanical retainers for a precision cut to measure solution.

Pneumatic or brushless guillotines

Independent guillotines are available in the pneumatic version and with brushless motors.

• Pneumatic version: independent pneumatic guillotine type TG.G-PN to cut 16×85 mm profiles (HxW max.).
• Brushless version: independent pneumatic guillotine type TG.G-PD to cut 60×85 mm profiles (HxW max.).
