Revolutionary system: Guillotine cutting unit TG.G PP60, to fix directly on saw unit carriage

The guillotine cutting device (patented by Baruffaldi) is assembled directly on saw carriage, so as to use the existing movement of the profile advancement along the extrusion direction.

The profile passes inside the die plate and is blocked during the cutting phase by the pneumatic clamp found on the machine. Once the clamp is closed the carriage moves in the extrusion direction, synchronizing itself to the same speed as the profile and, the cut is carried out using a pneumatic cylinder.

Once the cutting operation ends, the clamp lifts and the carriage returns to its initial position. Our cutting unit is controlled electrically and pneumatically by the existing cutting machine.

Note

The guillotine can cut profiles of maximum 22 x 65 mm (H x W). In case of special requests we can also estimate separately guillotines capable of cutting even bigger profles.
