Cold Blade Guillotine TG.G 60

Stand-alone unit with patented guillotine cutting method for cutting roller shutters, small ducting and technical profiles in general.

Available in in-line and off-line versions according to application needs.

The TG.G-60 can be constructed as a pneumatic or servo-assisted unit depending on the minimum cut length, the extrusion speed and the cutting tolerance required by the customer or, for a guaranteed energy saving of over 3000 euro for every 8000 hours of production, with a new concept brushless or linear brushless motor.

These units are designed to cut profiles efficiently (also multiple and dual strand cutting); they stand out due to the high quality of the cut they give and their horizontal cutting system which prevents any deformation of the profile.
