Machines for the processing of PVC and aluminium profiles

For roller shutter systems and furniture roller shutter profiles we have studied special high productivity machines in single and dual strand: Combiroll to assemble roller shutters and Combipack to assemble 8 m long slat packs, with productivity up to 2 x 15 m/min.

They are automatic modular machines complete of punching, interlocking, cutting and assembly units. They are available in the pneumatic version or with brushless motors for high speeds.

For off-line assembly we present the automatic packaging machine PunzoBlockCut, suitable for both the plastic and aluminum industry. The strength of our systems is the modularity of our machines that can satisfy all production needs of the customer.
